Car impacted the corner the building on the southwest corner of the building, of UNIT 142. For the exterior of the building, the exterior stucco has been severely cracked and punched through, with clear signs of an impact from a vehicle. Insulation and wall layers beneath the stucco are exposed. For the interior of Unit 142, a large vertical gash runs through the drywall, exposing wooden studs and electrical wiring. There is possible electrical damage. There is significant crumbling around the edges of the break. Isolated power to the bedroom from the interior sub-panel breaker. Property management signed documentation of permits required and indemnification. Property management bordered up the exterior wall damages with about two 6ft x 6ft wood panels. Condemnation to Unit 142. Permits required. Repairs and work done needed by a licensed contractor. |
