| 07/05/2025 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | Completed | Called out to site by TPD for a car through building. On site with Inspector Metelov and CSO. The car struck a block wall on the west side side of the structure, the block wall is west of the front porch and is not an exterior wall to the dwelling. There is extensive damage from the impact of the car to the block wall at the lower end (cracking) from south, being the most damage, extending to the north. The car impacted this wall and to brick entrance of this wall. Appears this wall is stable at this time, and in not danger of collapse. Car was not able to be removed at this time since TPD involvement. Place caution tape for unauthorized entry. Repairs made shall required a licensed contractor and obtain the proper permits. | |
| 07/08/2025 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | In Violation | 1044 am - Followup at site. Car has now been removed. Wall is still stable at this time and has not collapsed any further. After the car has been removed, the damaged/dislodged electrical conduit ran to a romex line direct buried in the ground that appears to have been powering landscape lighting. -VM |
