| 07/08/2025 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | In Violation | 1219 pm - Arrived to property and found a worker actively installing corrugated metal onto a structure w/ concrete posts in ground and metal pipes for support, with a shade structure attached to house. The corrugated metal fence parallel to the alley has already been removed. Man came out of home, said he was the owner, but did not want to provide his name. Asked if he had a permit for building in the right of way, he said no that this is his property. Per subdivision plat map, the right of way is 60 feet. I measured the street at approximately 30 feet, meaning there is approximately 15 feet of right of way. I measured 15 feet which comes to the wall on the west side of property, meaning the structure is in the right of way. Posted a 10 Day Notice of Violation on front door. -VM | |
| 10/27/2025 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | Passed | 258 pm - Structure has been removed in its entirety. Violation abated, close case. -VM |
