THE DWELLINGS ARE VACANT AND NEGLECTED. TPD WAS ON SITE FOR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY . TPD NOTIFIED CODE OF THE LIVING CONDITIONS. THE FRONT DWELLING HAD ILLEGAL, ELECTRICAL, WIRING THAT WAS SERVICING THE REAR DWELLING. THE PLUMBING DID NOT WORK IN EITHER DWELLING. THE SEWAGE WAS BEING DRAINED BY A PIPE INTO A BUCKET IN THE BACK YARD. THE ROOFS AND THE FASCIA OF BOTH DWELLING WERE DILAPITATED. THE INTERIOR OF BOTH DWELLINGS HAD EXPOSED ELECTRICAL WIRES.DAMAGED AND EXPOSED ROOFING FROM THE INTERIOR. TEP CUT THE POWER FROM THE POLE. SW GAS PINNED THE METER. THERE WAS REFUSE AND DEBRIS IN EXCESS IN BOTH OF THE DWELLINGS. BOTH DWELLINGS ON THE PARCEL ARE CONDEMEND. PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL REPAIRS. IF NO ACTION IS TAKEN BY THE OWNER THE PROPERTY COULD GO INTO VANS. |
