THERE WAS NO PLUGGED IN ELECTRICAL BEING USED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. EXPLAINED TO THE OWNER THAT NO ONE COULD LIVE IN THE CAMPER. HE STATED THAT HE HAS AN ON GOING NEIGHBOR FEUD AND HE FELT AS IF THE COMPLAINT CAME FROM THEM.
