Also found rental unit #5 stealing electricity from trailer located 3 spaces away. Trailer space #5 has excessive exterior storage, junk motor vehicle. Property Manager states they are stealing water from the property as well. Manager states the people in #5 space are squatters. They don't have any type of signed contract to be in the space. 09/26/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Trailer has been boarded up and notice of violation issued to Property Manager. Occupants and Property Manager went to eviction court on 9/18/24 and occupants were evicted from the property. Police and myself advised Property Manager to remove everything off the property lot or she will continue to have problems.
