07/22/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Back door and frame damaged by small fire, also a few section's of about 2x3 at the exterior wall damaged, Smoke though out the home, posted unsafe to occupy for at least 24hr, will be sending owner notice for repairs no permit needed.
08/20/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Posting removed, but still has time fort all other repairs. Violation abated closing case
