07/26/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Unit 225: Unit has a boarded window while being occupied. There are two window mount ac units stacked on top of each other. The primary permanent cooling is inoperable. The front screen door is damaged, the entry doorway and its associated door frame are damaged. There is damaged drywall through the unit to include openings to abutting units. The unit lacks smoke detectors, the water heater is inoperable and installed in a non-code compliant manner. The bedroom and bathroom flooring are damaged. The toilet is consistently running and in need of repair. The bathroom door is missing, the bathroom vanity is damaged. The kitchen sink and kitchen cabinets are damaged. Kitchen receptacles near the fridge are damaged, the ceiling fan above the dining room is inoperable. Management made a copy of my findings for reference to make repairs.
