Owner needs to hire a Licensed Electrician to evaluate and repair the electrical. Permits required. Placed a lock on the disconnect box. Completed shut down paper work. Posted house.
08/11/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed Received complaint stating occupants moved back into the house w/no permits. Checked PRO occupants applied for a permit but it was voided. Statement states they removed the circuit. Called and left vm to owner asking for a call back regarding the complaint and requirement for permits.
