Mgr explained the storm on Sunday 7/14/24 a tree branch hit the chiller system plumbing pipe located on the roof. The branch broke the pipe on the roof. Approximately 1 foot of pipe damage. Flat roof, roofing paper damaged by rain. This cause the ac and water in rental unit B103. Occupant provided with temporary ac unit (VERIFIED). Commercial size fan placed in bed room to dry out carpet (VERIFIED). Maintenance currently getting the correct size pipe to fix the damage plumbing pipe. Per PDSD.. No permit required for anything under 10 ft. Issued nov. Fu in 48 hours for ac repair. 30 to fu on roofing repair. | |
