Inside closet painting is dried but appears to have bubbled. Maintenance states the water was caused by the down spout being blocked. Down spout is too far away from the area being complained about. Suspect the down spout was part of the problem. Water on the flat roof was unable to discharge through the spout. Crack in the roofing sealant caused water to enter into the apartment on the bottom floor. Roofing may need to be resealed to prevent further damage to the roof and structure. | |
