07/21/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Refuse, food, trash, cats, 1 dog, flies and roaches everywhere outside and inside. Interior filled with refuse, pathways blocked, cobwebs through-out the entire house. All doors and windows blocked with storage and metal bars with no release mechanism. Cats are sick looking with watery eyes. Dirty water left out for the animals to drink. Roaches all over the walls, floors all over everything. Shut down house, unsanitary, blocked egress, hazardous, unfit for animals and humans. Electrical disconnected. Pima Animal Control to remove all the animals within the house. Permits will be required before the electrical services will be turned back on. An Electrician will need to evaluate the electrical system to ensure it's safe. Metal bars over the windows will need to have a release mechanism installed. All pathways to doors and windows must be cleared. Completed shut down paper work and posted placard. (pictures posted)
07/21/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Received message from family. Family member who was removed from the house has since moved back int the house and placed cats back into the house. Called PAC and TPD. need to have cats removed AGAIN and will need to re-secure the house.
