THERE WAS A MICROBURST THAT BLEW OFF A PART OF THE ROOF TO THE COMMERCIAL APARTMENTS. THERE WAS WATER ON THE FLOORS OF THE MAIN LOBBY AND HALLWAY. THE MANAGEMENT CALLED THEIR ELECTRICIAN THAT SERVICES REDONDO TOWERS, WHOM STATED THAT HE SECURED THE MAIN BREAKER TO THE 9TH FLOOR AND THEIR WAS NO REASON TO BOOT THE METERS. EACH APARTMENT IS INDIVIDUALLY METERED ON THEIR FLOOR (1-9), BEHIND A SECURE DOOR. EACH FLOOR HAS A MAIN BREAKER IN THE SECURED ROOM. ALL OF FLOOR 9 WAS CONDEMNED DUE TO THE ROOF DAMAGE AND THE POWER BEING CUT OFF FROM THE MAIN BREAKER. THERE WAS DAMAGE TO THE SHADE AWNINGS OF THE REAR EXTERIOR PARKING LOT. PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL REPAIRS. |
