09/06/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Met with the tenant and has a handler in the hallway and the drywall ceiling has fallen due to water leaking from the coils from sweating and the condensation line tray leaking. The grill for the handler is loose and still leaking water from the coils at this time. Did meet with the manager and served the N.O.V. for the repairs to be completed with in 10 days. The AC is working at this time on cooling the unit. Will check in 10 days. RV.
