No trash or debris in front yard. Home is being remodeled. Did see through front window walls removed, possible new electric lines. There is a new AC unit installed on roof, previously swamp cooler. There is a new porch structure built and attached to east side of dwelling. Solar panels have been installed with no permit. Weeds and construction debris in alley behind property. Address is not displayed on structure. Will issue a notice of violation. -VM
03/27/2024	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up		In Violation	125 PM - Contact on site w/ workers on property. Viewed electrical lines, none appear to be new, and all wiring appears to be original. The water lines throughout the home and the secondary structure have all been replaced with PEX lines. The entire kitchen is removed. The water heater is removed. Based upon the scope of work done, will need a residential alteration remodel permit. Did you speak to owner who says she has a draftsman working on the plants. -VM
