07/29/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Received call to have the unit checked on the electrical to turned off. Arrived and the tree is still into the building. The tenant was inside and waiting for a key to move to another unit on the property. The kids are not on site and at a different location until the tenant has move the items out to the other unit. The unit has 2-trees leaning against the masonry wall with one in a corner and the other on the outside corner near a deck sticking out of the bedroom area. Inspector Lopez will do follow up. RV.
