Was able to see the tree on the house at the rear of the carport area. The tree is wedged against the house and damaged some of the overhang and may have damaged some of the drywall on the interior. Did leave a card to call me and the copy of the N.O.V. for cutting the tree down from next door. The electrical is off for the neighborhood and had to see the damage. Will check when the owner or the tenant calls. RV. | |
| 08/02/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | Passed | Met with the owners daughter on site and looked at the damage to the building. The interior was flooded with water through out and has been extracted and running blowers for drying carpets, interior walls and the humidity inside the house. Does have a hole in the roof sheathing with a dent into the wood rafter where impact was made. The damage is in the living room area over a window on the east side of the house. The tenant is trying to move and staying somewhere else at this time. The owner is doing the repairs and will be getting with the insurance company soon. Does have a roofer that will be patching the opening made on the roof. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
