Found there has been two cases in PDSD created for this property. TD-DEV-0523-00247 and TC-RES-0223-02900 also found the permit application and process has been placed on HOLD. T22OT00449 issued for flood plain use. Grading is included under this permit. Contacted the person attached to this permit inquired about the status of the permitting, why was it placed on hold. Contacted Statutory Agent for the property and left vm regarding the complaint and request for a call back to find out why the permits have been placed on HOLD. Left name and # for a call b ack.
03/18/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Received another complaint about the property. Regarding a pool? Found a green pool on sight. Contacted Biff Baker had the pool fenced in. Will send owner a notice of violation. (11 PANELS, 9 STANDS, 10 POST)
