TEP turn off power and removed the meter. SWG stated no damage to any gas lines or appliances. Gas was turn back on. The property was condemn and posted. The employee of Grijalva Realty sign the Indemnification and notice to vacate. Grijalva Realty is securing the unit and tenant was unable to get a hold of. Close case.
