Arrived and the unit was still on site and has a broken window in the bedroom. The unit has been cleared and empty. Not able to find management on site and called Arcaiden Industries to the property to secure the site. Did the posting of N.O.V. to Vacate on the front window and the front door is locked. All is secured and will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
