Ceiling and walls in mobile home show signs of roof leaking in the bathroom, bedroom, hall way and kitchen. Inspected rental trailers #7A and #20. Both rental units had the same issue.
07/30/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed Court follow-up: Unit 7 and 20 the ceiling have both been fixed and property painted. Will report to the court the property is now in compliance.
