07/26/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed VSITED SITE, MET WITH MANGER AND MAINTANENCE MANAGER, WHO STATED POOL IS CLEANED DAILEY BY MAINTANENCE. I ALLOWED THE MANAGER TO READ THE COMPLAINT, SHE STATED THAT THE 3 PREVIOUS NIGHTS THEY HAVE HAD HIGH WINDS AND ITEMS BLOWING INTO THE SCUPPERS THAT MAY CAUSE A YELLOW ALGAE WHICH IS CORRECT, I DID CHECK THE SCUPPERS (1 OR 2 LEAVES) AND SUMMER MINOR DIRT IN THE POOL, BUT THE POOL IS NOT A GREEN COLOR AND APPEARS IT IS BEING MAINTAINED. I DID ASK THE MANAGER TO BE SURE THEY CHECK THE SCUPPERS AND VACUM THE DIRT DAILEY. MAINTANENCE SUPERVISOR STATED THEY WILL FOLLOW UP DAILEY. I WOULD ALLOW RESIDENTS TO SWIM IN THIS POOL. SURROUNDING AREA IS VERY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
