07/20/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed VISITED SITE,ADDRESS 1000 W AUTO MALL DR IS TWO LARGE PARCELS, THE WEST PARCEL HAS A BLOCK WALL ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE PROPERTY, THEN 3-4 FT OF AREA FILLED WITH OLLEANDERS AND ARE CONTAINED WITH A CHAIN LINK FENCE OR POST AND WIRE FENCE. THE AREAR OUT SIDE THE FENCE IS CLEAN, NO GRASS, WEEDS, TRASH OR DEBRIS. THERE ARE NO OBSTRUCTIONS FOR VEHICULAR OR FOOT TRAFFIC, AND I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE THE ENTIRE ALLEY WITHOUT PROBLEMS. IF THERE WERE ISSUES THEY CAME FROM YHE NORTH SIDE OF THE ALLEY WHERE I DID FIND SOME GRASS, WEEDS, AND OVERGROWN CACTUS BUT NOT BLOCKING THE ALLEY AND A COMPLAINT WOULD NEED TO BE ISSUED. NO VIOLAITONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
