09/28/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Met w/occupant regarding complaint. Discussed Brush & Bulk pickup cost and time line to remove refuse. Also explained if area is not cleaned a citation will be issued and the potential of court cost.
07/24/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Followed up on property. Found approximately 5 people on site inside the rv's and milling about the lot. Clint Dale stated he was the security person and all the people on the property were cleaning the property up. Noticed areas where 2 camp fires one under the carport and the other in the back yard. Asked why they were burning wood on site. Man stated it gets cold. All placards were removed off the rv's, sheds and house. Man stated he is security for the property 24/7. I explained this is problem. He can not be on the site after 5 pm. Inquired where does the man stay after it gets dark. Man stated he stays inside the house. Explained he can not be inside the house, inside the shed, inside the RV's or inside the garage or on the property at all. No one can be on the property. Asked to have the owners phone number. Contacted the owner regarding the situation. Owner states he hired the people to watch the house 24/7 as security. Explained the house is shut down and they can not be on the property after 5 pm. Owner combative ended phone call. Reposted house.
