| 07/17/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | Completed | Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a roof blown off. Arrived and all the units have cleared. The school safety patrol was on site and was able to show the area where the water was leaking from the roof. The water was leaking on a grid system ceiling and the tiles were falling to the floor. The area of leaking were in the kitchen area and the dinning area. The electrical breakers have been turned off to the areas at the interior panel in the area. All other areas are OK at this time. Did have some kids on site and were taken to a different area. Did call facility while in route and they have the maintenance crew on there way to check the damage. It appears that the roof covering has been blown off in area of the front building. All other areas are not leaking and contained to the kitchen the dinning room area. No structural damage to the building and will be able to place plastic or tarps over the area where the roof was removed from the plywood. The metal grid has no damage and will be able to replace the tiles in the existing grid system. No paperwork was done and will be able to use the area once the roof covering has been patched of plastic placed on the roof covering. At this time the case will be closed.
