Did go back and talk to the management and they will be sending someone to check the AC unit. Did shoot the temp. coming out of the vents and was 61 to 64 degrees at different vents. Did shoot and the reading was 77 degrees. The tenant has several fans blowing and was cool in the unit. The walls are CMU blocks and the windows are single pane and aged and not sealed properly.
