The drywall ceiling was pulled down in area in the dropped ceiling to check for fire. There is smoke in the unit and the damage was contained to the bathroom ceiling and water on the floor. The front door was forced opened to enter the unit to check for fire. The electrical was turned off at the main breaker at the meter with a city lock. Did meet with the property manager Scott and went over the damage and placing the tenant in another unit or get a hotel or call Redcross. The property manager signed the paperwork on site. The unit will be secured once the area has been cleaned. The tenant has not been notified of the fire yet while on site. The tenants have tried to find the tenant with no luck. The management was going to try and find the tenant. RV. | |
