07/14/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation The office called that T.P.D. on site with a board up. Arrived and T.P.D. was on site and had a vehicle hit a brick veneer wall on CMU blocks backing and was pushed into the room. The window was broken and had to remove the brick sill due to was loose and falling and the interior 2-top coarse due to were loose and could fall. There are cracks in the wall through out and going into the inside wall of the room next door on the plaster coating. The property is City of Tucson owned and will have the window boarded up. Called Arcaiden Industries to have the house secured. The tenants will remain in the house and have been in contact with the agent and will check the site on Monday. Did the paperwork and the tenant signed and kept the copies to give to the agent. The front was hard to close and did try and adjust the hinges and did make able to close but still need some work to close properly. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
