| 07/14/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | In Violation | The office called that T.P.D. on site with a car into house. Arrived and the units were still on site. The vehicle hit the bedroom window area and pushed the masonry wall into the bedroom. The glass broke on the window. The wall was 4" masonry on the interior of the house with a brick veneer on the exterior. The window sill was pulled down due to was loose. The window frame was also pulled out due to the frame was loose. The house was owned by the City of Tucson and the tenant made contact with the manager for the property. Called Arcaiden Industries to have the opening secured. The door was hard to close and tried to adjust to be able to lock the door. The tenant will be able to remain in the house and all the electrical was working. The tenant was going to have the kids stay in the living room. At this time the case will be closed due to the house belongs to Public Housing and they will check the damage at a later time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
