For: Charge A - Abated - Cabinet base has been replaced & repainted. Charge B - Abated - Cabinet base board is now flush with the wall. Charge C - Abated - Hole into drywall has been patched. Charge D - Abated - Hole into drywall near water heater was patched, although repair not completed in a workman like manner. Charge E - Abated - Outlet has been covered with a junction box cover. I did test the outlet and did not test live. Tenant did state issues w/ roaches appears to be abated. Citation not entered into Court System due to clerical delays, will not be filed.
