07/19/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed I WAS CONTACTED BY THE GAS STATION MANAGER INFORMING ME THAT ALL ISSUES HAD BEEN ABATED AND ASKED IF I COULD REINSPECT THE PROPERTY. I DID REINSPECT AND FOUND ALL GRAFFITI HAD BEEN PAINTED OVER MATCHING THE EXISTING COLOR OF THE BUILDING. ALL TRASH AND DEBRIS HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM THRU OUT THE GAS STATION PROPERTY. TREE LIMBS AND DEBRIS IN AND AROUND THE DUMPSTER AREA HAD BEEN REMOVED AND DUMPSTER DUMPED. ALL COMPLAINT ISSUES HAD BEEN ABATED. NOV WAS NOT REQUIRED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE .
