07/13/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Property has two window units that work properly and units are located in different rooms. One rooms AC unit was measured at a reading of 73 degrees and the other AC units reading was 74 degrees. The swamp cooler actually did work but was not turned on because the AC units were working properly. The living room and dining room areas temperature readings were 86 degrees and 87 degrees respectively. The water line that was replaced does work properly and simply needs to be covered or buried. I did not observe any leaks anywhere and the sewage the tenant said was there was not.
