08/11/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed ON SITE AT PROPERTY THERE IS NOT A SELF MADE FENCE. THERE IS A CHAINLINK FENCE AND BLOCK WALL. RESIDENT HAS A TARP ATTACHED AT THE GATE AND SW END OF THE FENCE . HE STATED THAT THEY ARE DECORATIVE BUT HE FEELS HE HAS TO HAVE PRIVACY BECAUSE OF AN ONGOING NEIGHBORING FEUD. THE REAR YARD IS SMALL BUT THERE IS NOT AN ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE AND DEBRIS VISIBLE. THERE ARE SOME BUCKETS, A FOLDED UP TENT, OUTDOOR TABLE AND SOME TOOLS. THE VEHICLE IS PARKED IN THE CARPORT. ITS NOT PRETTY. I ASKED THE RESIDENT TO USE A DIFFERENT TYPE OF SCREEN FOR PRIVACY ON THE CHAINLINK FENCE. HE SAID THAT HE WILL CONSIDER IT. EXPLAINED THAT HIS "DECORATIVE" ATTACHMENT WAS BEGINNING TO WEATHER AND WAS UNATTRACTIVE.
