07/10/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a garage fire. Arrived and all the units have cleared and talk to the owner on site. The owner has electrical bikes and was charging the lithium batteries and they started the fire. The fire was contained to the garage area and only damage was to contents in the area. The items that were burned have been removed outside the garage area. The electrical panel has a GFCI breaker that has tripped and not able to reset at this time. The owner will be calling the insurance company and a electrician to have the electrical turned back on. The owner was served a N.O.V. to clean the and re-store the electrical back due to is affecting the bathroom and the kitchen area GFCI outlets. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
