07/08/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Communication called that T.P.D. was on site with a vacant and unsecured house and someone inside with no running water. Arrived and the units were still on site and the person removed was grabbing items out to take with him from the property. Not able to find a number to call the owner and called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the door and front gate boarded up. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter and the N.O.V. on the front door and posted Do Not Enter on the side and the rear of the house. The electrical was removed from the main panel in the front structure and placed a city lock on the panel front. Sent a copy of the N.O.V. to Vacate to the owners address by regular mail. RV.
