07/06/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation The office called that T.P.D. on site with unsecured house. Arrived and the units were still on site and the house has been cleared. There is different items in the house that were not there last night when checked by T.P.D. The house is being worked on and the wood framing is exposed. The electrical, mechanical and the plumbing has been removed from the interior. The doors have been opened and not able to secure. The owner was called with no answer. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the property to have all the openings secured. While securing the house, the owner did show and did discuss that the house was cleared last night and closed up and was opened up again today. Did go over that the peddler will need to use the bathroom somewhere else due to need to have this secured on all the openings and he agreed. Has no electrical or gas to the property and the water is on at the meter. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front, rear and side windows and the N.O.V. to Vacate. There is trash and debris that has been dumped in the front of the property and the owner will pick it up and take to the landfill. Did also discuss on fencing the property better in the front and will be checking on placing fence on the west side of the house to prevent entering the rear yard area. RV.
