07/12/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed No one on site and checked the property due to the gate was opened. Found 11-plastic containers approx. 4' x 4' x 4' and are organized against the property line and signs of leakage. Has 2-vehicles not operable in different areas, and one is being repaired and the other operable but parked on the property. Has tires and some ladders and other items on the property and not scattered. The property is a C-1 Zone and appears to being used as an office for a business. Has a pumper truck for oil on the property. The property is organized. At this time the case will be closed and will check if another complaint comes in. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
