I SPOKE TO THE OCCUPANT AND INFORMED HIM HE COULD REMOVE ITEMS OR NEATLY STACK THEM IN THE REAR YARD OUT OF SIGHT OF PUBLIC VIEW. HE STATED HE COULD PLACE THE ITEMS IN THE REAR YARD.
