07/10/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation VISITED SITE, DID FIND DEBRIS ALONG THE NORTH FENCE (CABINETS AND A SINK) AND SOUTH FENCE AREA (PERSONAL BELONGINGS , TOOLS AND STUFF. . THERE WAS A WHITE VAN LOCATED IN THE SOUTH YARD AREA, VAN WAS IN GOOD CONDITION AND ALL TIRES WERE AIRED UP, THERE WAS ALSO A NISSAN 260 PARKED ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF THE HOUSE BETWEEN THE HOUSE AND THE FENCE. THE PARKING AREA WAS A DIRT LOT TO THE NORTH OF THIS STRUCTURE, LOT SEEMED TO BE IN GOOD SHAPE, NO DEEP HOLES OR RUTS PLUS I DO NOT THINK WE MONITOR DIRT RESIDENTIAL PARKING LOT.
08/11/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed REVISITED SITE, FOUND ALL TRASH AND DEBRIS AND LARGE LOGS HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE FRONT YARD AND ALL DEBRIS AROUND THE WHITE VAN ALSO REMOVE. FOUND CABINETS AND SINK ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE FRONT YARD AND ALL TRASH AND DEBRIS REMOVED. DEBRIS ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE PERIMETER YARD FENCE WAS ALSO REMOVED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
