07/05/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Was on site to check the fire damage on the roof with ATFE. The fire was near the condenser for the unit. There was pine needles, leaves and trash and debris under the unit and around the unit that had burned. There was a hole made on the roof to check for fire in the roof space, the fuses were pulled out of the disconnect for the AC unit and has exposed wires that appear to be for the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Did go into the unit and when flipping the switch on, the breaker tripped. The electrical panel has 2-tripped breakers and one is for the AC and the other is for the Bathroom. The floor was flooded with water and has been cleaned up by the tenant. There is no fire damage or smoke damage in the unit. The smoke detectors are working at this time. The electrical was turned off at the main breaker by the meter with a City of Tucson lock until the repairs are completed. The tenant has been removed from the unit and will be staying with a friend. The posting of Do Not Enter was placed on the front window. The manager signed the paperwork. RV.
