07/05/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Went to the site to check the damage on the roof. Did meet with the manager and an ATFE investigator checking for cause. Went on the roof and found the condenser has been damaged by the fire and the fuses have been removed on the roof. This unit is on the bottom floor and when checking the unit, has no fire damage or smoke damage. Did check the electrical panel and the breaker for the AC has been tripped. The manager was going to supply portable unit for cooling until the AC can be repaired. The damage is on the roof with the condenser damaged by the fire. They have a company to do the repairs on the roof and change the condenser tomorrow. The tenant will be able to remain in the unit. The permits will be required but will be doing the work due to the heat factor for the unit. The manager will call to have checked that the work has been done. RV.
07/07/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The roof has been patched, the condenser has been replaced and the handler is also being replaced. The permit has been issued, TC-COM-0723-01645 and at this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
