06/30/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Roof blew off the house and landed in the west side- of neighbors property 2319 E 35TH St.. The roofing paper landed on the front porch and the wood landed on the side yard hitting the small addition to the house on the west side creating a hole in the roof approximately 1 1/2 ft x 2 ft.. 2431 S Tucson Sv the roof was completely disconnected from the house exposing 3 bedrooms to the elements. Electrical, hvac, insulation, drywall on the ceiling, walls and flooring all damaged by the wind. TEP, SWG disconnected. Owner stated the house is going to be demolished. Issued notice to vacate, permit required to demo house and indemnification. Posted house unsafe to occupy.
