07/01/2026	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial		In Violation	1002 am - Contact on site with owner who allowed access to property. I found an RV in the side yard with a window air conditioner running. I found an extension cord ran through a rear window of the home across the backyard and connected to the RV. There is a garden hose that is run from the home to the RV. Contact with occupant of RV who requested I look inside the RV, I did observe that sewage is backed up in the tub of the bathroom. Occupant states she has lived in the RV for approximately one year. I advised her that camping activities are not allowed in the residential zone and the RV would be condemned and red tagged for unsafe electrical connection and sewage backup/health hazard. -VM
07/13/2026	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up		In Violation	837 am - Contact on site with property owner. Verified the RV is not connected to water or electric. Occupant of RV has filed an appeal of the condemnation. -VM
