06/25/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Reviewed the water utility account and confirmed that service is active and the occupant is current on all billing obligations. Met with the occupant regarding the complaint. During the discussion, it was determined that there is an ongoing dispute between the occupant and the property owner. The complaint involved a leak in the landscape irrigation system. The property owner arranged for repairs to the irrigation system; however, a subsequent leak occurred and additional repairs were performed. At the time of inspection, the irrigation system was no longer leaking, and the issue had been resolved. No further action is required. Case closed.
