07/28/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed At this time tenant has removed a large majority of items from the interior of the unit. The unit has been treated by pest control. The building and the unit are on a pest control plan. The unit has also been cleaned and the living conditions are no longer confedered unlivable.
06/25/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed On site and at this time the unit has accumulation of trash/debris and an excessive amount of various item scattered throughout the interior. There is an infestation of cock roaches and cat feces/urine build up on the surfaces.
