He works on his boats and cars only at his property. He does have a mobile mechanic business and it is called On-site diesel repair. He does not keep his work truck at the property. When customers call him he goes where the vehicles are located at to do the repairs. There are no signs of home automotive business at the property, No tools, oil spots, auto parts or auto parts boxes. Close case.
