06/30/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Email sent to 24 Asset Management, which has been hired by HUD for property management of the subject property, identifyng the problem and requesting a fence be put up to block access to the rear yard.
07/21/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Conducted site inspection of the subject property. Observed one large vehicle/RV style gate at the front to the rear yard missing, one person gate missing from the carport to the rear yard missing, and one person gate from the alley to rear yard missing. The property is owned by HUD. The property is being managed by 24 Asset Management. I will attempt to make contact again to have them put up appropriate barriers at the missing gates.
