The metal beams and railing of the staircase are bent and damaged and the staircase is detached from the building at the second floor. The rim joist at the second floor is cracked and detached from the building. The area is caution taped off and there is a chain with padlocks around the staircase to prevent entry. It appears the units have been vacated. Repairs to be made within 60 days by a licensed contractor. -VM | |
