06/17/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation 354 pm - Found the staircase at the far northwest corner of Building 4 (directly in front of Units 401/402 on first floor & 407/408 on second floor) has been separated from the concrete pad and pushed to the north approximately 3 feet. The metal beams and railing of the staircase are bent and damaged and the staircase is detached from the building at the second floor. The rim joist at the second floor is cracked and detached from the building. The area is caution taped off and there is a chain with padlocks around the staircase to prevent entry. It appears the units have been vacated. Repairs to be made within 60 days by a licensed contractor. -VM
08/31/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 1059 am - Damage remains unrepaired and there are no applications for any permits to repair the staircase. Issue citation 0013544 -VM
