06/25/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On-site inspection. The property is in violation for overgrown and an accumulation of vegetation that is prohibited. It was observed that the front yard and side yard has grass and weeds 6 inches in height. There’s also a violation for overgrown vegetation, to included weeds and grass six inches in height. There are grass and weeds from the abutting sidewalk in the front of the property to the street. The follow-up inspection will take place the week of August 3 - 7, 2026. Notice a violation sent in the mail.
08/03/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation on site follow up inspection. The property is still in violation. The Violations are unattended and overgrown vegetation, to include grass and weeds in excess of 6 inches in height in the front yard. Notice of violation posted on the front door with business card. Another inspection will take place 30 days from now.
