07/08/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site I observed one inoperable older model pick up truck with multiple flat tires in the rear yard. At the time of inspection, I was unable to determine whether the other three vehicles were operational. Also observed a homeless individual that has a camp set up at this property. The camp has an accumulation of trash, debris, and other miscellaneous items that also include a mattress. The individual I encountered was of hostile posture, loud speaking, and acting very erratically towards me. I did not engage with him, I only observed and documented. Despite the claims of the complainant, I could not prove this house is vacant. The electric service and water service are active according to Naviline, the TEP maproom, and direct observation of a closed circuit on the properties electric meter.
07/24/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation The homeless camp and its associated trash have been removed from the property. Also the overgrown vegetation was cut. The inoperable vehicle still exists as well as the mini-split a/c with no permit on file exist
