| 07/08/2026 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | In Violation | On site I observed one inoperable older model pick up truck with multiple flat tires. At the time of inspection, I was unable to determine whether the other three vehicles were operational. Also observed a homeless individual that has a camp set up at this property. The camp has an accumulation of trash, debris, and other miscellaneous items that also include a mattress. The individual I encountered was of hostile posture, loud speaking, and acting very erratically towards me. I did not engage with him, I only observed and documented. Despite the claims of the complainant, I could not prove this house is vacant. The electric service and water service are active according to Naviline, the TEP map, and direct observation of a closed circuit on the properties electric meter. |
